Da Vinci Surgical Robot

The da Vinci Surgical Robot is a tool often used in a number of surgical procedures – urologic, gynecologic, laproscopic and non-cardiovascular thorascopic surgeries – and thoracoscopically-assisted cardiotomy procedures, including the following:

  • Kidney cancer and other kidney disorders
  • Obesity surgery
  • Prostate removal
  • Heavy uterine bleeding
  • Throat cancer
  • Endometriosis
  • Coronary artery disease

However, the device can cause serious, sometimes fatal injuries including burns and/or tears of the intestines, punctured blood vessels or ureters, severe bowel injuries, vaginal cuff dehiscence, excessive bleeding and death.

If you or a loved one has suffered any of these symptoms or other injury as result of the da Vinci Surgical Robot device, contact the Singleton Law Firm today and let our attorneys assist you.
