Januvia

Januvia (Sitagliptin) is an oral diabetes medication used for the control of blood sugar in Type 2 diabetics only. Sometimes it is used in combination with other diabetes medications. This drug is manufactured by Merck & Co. Inc.

Januvia can cause the following complications:

  • Pancreatitis
  • Upper abdominal pain that radiates to the back
